We have a complete line of machines for cold-forming heads with diameters up to 4 metres and thickness from 2 to 15 mm. Our production departments are also equipped with modern CNC machining stations, highly functional and powerful tools and software applications which optimize times and productivity. We operate in a 3000 sq.m. factory with a team of professionals and operators with thirty years' experience.

The forming of dished heads is carried out by dishing on presses and subsequent rolling on flanging machines. The high technological standards of these machines guarantee very small machining tolerances.

For welding we employ automated plants using TIG and Plasma technology as well as submerged arc, TIG, MIG and manual electrode welding equipment. The welds are made to the state of the art by qualified welders in possession of the proper permits in accordance with EN 287 - EN 1418 standards. All the welding procedures are qualified by the ISPESL in accordance with UNI EN 288.
